Mr. Dev Nath Oraon and Mr. Mahendra Oraon are the founders of Sarna Academy. Mr. Mahendra Oraon is the director and Mr. Sushil Kr. Sinha, is the principal of the school.

Therefore we all are trying to give these from the very beginning. Slowly and gradually students will be habituated of this environment and difference could be seen after few years.
